Good luck to all you lucky fish who are doing the Argus Cycle Tour tomorrow.  If it’s your first one, don’t worry,  it’s not that difficult – Suikerbossie and Chapmans Peak are the only real testers and you have a whole 7 hours to complete the race in.  The crowds line the sides of the roads from start to finish and the atmosphere is amazing – this definitely helps to keep your mind off any aches and pains!  Have a good one and don’t forget to lube up with chamoix cream!

P.S  Ladies, for a bit of eye candy, be on the look out for Matt Damon, apparently he is riding alongside Francois Pienaar. :)
