And yet it’s unbelievable how many people use clipart for their logos. You can get photos for as low as R8 on iStock and vector illustrations are about R80 but still well worth it.

Ha ha, yes the difference is huge!
Your logo is often the first thing your client sees, it is how people visualize your company. You need something that will wow them and draw them in, something that will be memorable and unique… unfortunately clipart will never have the ability to do any of that!

That’s a very good point which I forgot to mention – most people have access to clipart and so there is no guarantee that your logo will be unique.

I can definitely see a HUGE difference! And apart from looking extremely unprofessional with a clipart logo, you also risk ending up with a logo that’s very similar to that of another company – a company which also designed their logo using clipart images…
