Vlakvark het dalk meer kruie nodig (roosmaryn en tiemie) en baie sous - die vleis kan nogal droog wees. As die rooiwyn begin vloei, maak die vleis kort-kort nat met 'n spoegie rooiwyn :) Johan, ek reken jy moet nie bang wees om te eksperimenteer nie. So I can't help you for this weekend! But next time I see him I will ask for the recipe and post it on Phuthu.
