South Africa, my Mentor
I love living in South Africa where people acknowledge that the country is a work in progress. Yes, it can sometimes be daunting. I do have moments of frustration and anger, like everyone else, but never a moment of hopelessness.
I love it here because I get challenged daily and that brings growth; builds character. I can choose to live elsewhere where it’s safe and easy but I’ll be bored - I was made for more than just living the good life. I was born to bring change in my own little way. Living here right now requires strength. And that I have.
Over here I am forever a scholar of life… learning about forgiveness, perseverance, sharing, compassion and love.
It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.

May your positive outlook help to convert the negativity that has filled the majority of South African’s lives.
