Intense Warrior Woman defends SA
This was supposed to be a light-hearted feel-good post. And that was the plan… until this morning. I was asked whether I watched the news last night and a comment was made by Mr. X that it is probably difficult for me to write something positive about the country with all the strikes happening around us.
It was right then that the light-hearted side of me made way for Intense Warrior Woman.
Nothing that happens in this country can make me love it less.
Nothing that happens in this country can make me love it less.
Nothing that happens in this country can make me love it less.
Nothing that happens in this country can transform this blazing fire inside of me to a simmering coal. Intense, I know.
There are strikes happening all over the world, not only in South Africa. And even if these strikes did only happen in South Africa, all the more reason for me to stay phut and fight for healing in this country. It’s my mission.
Intense Warrior Woman leaves the room. Duty calls.
I Like!! You go Warrior Woman!
Nope, you do not want to cross Warrior Woman! You can just see the (South)African wildness in those eyes!!!
I lived in Ireland, my sister in England and then Australia, my brother-in-law in the USA, and take my word for it, the grass is so much greener on this side of the fence. Warrior Woman, I’m with you all the way!!
Nicolette > Even Warrior Woman can get overwhelmed by the workload – we need more people like you in this country! I want to see people get down and dirty to bring change. If it means kicking some lazy butt, then that’s what we’ll do.
And with that Warrior Woman rips out her weapon and takes to the sky.
