Right, I could be wrong, but here goes..
There are two situations where diamonds are followed by arrows, in one case an upward-facing arrow and in the other case, a right-facing arrow. On the third scale, there is already a diamond followed by an up arrow, therefore by logical deducation I presume the answer is:
Right-facing diamond?
OK, wait, I went the sequential route, not the balanced route, argh, I am most probably incorrect.
My answer would now be a DIAMOND, because 2 diamonds == an up arrow and a right arrow.
Grief, you peeps got me today, sjoe!
