ESKOM has re-introduced load shedding, there is a complete and utter blackout. A black cat stands in the middle of a deserted street. None of the street lights are working. Sipho drives his taxi through the neighborhood, music blaring, both the headlights on the taxi are broken and he is heading right for the cat. He turns at the last minute to avoid hitting him.
