Last Monday flu hit, bad cough, achy body, etc. Anyway, by Tuesday I was back in the office working just as hard as ever. So, Viralgaurd is on my list of tips to fight flu (Oh, and I've been taking a Vit C tabeach morning too).. I started taking viralgaurd about 2 weeks ago to keep my immune system up.
